 SAIL Recruitment 2019: The Maharatna Company of India, Steel Authority of India Limited has invited applications for filling up the total of 60 posts. Under this, appointments will be made on the posts of management trainee (administration). These posts will be filled for different subjects. After successful completion of one-year training, they will be placed in the rank of Junior Manager. Interested and qualified candidates will have to apply online for these posts. The last date for applying is 18 June 2019. Read more for more information regarding vacancies:


 Management Trainee (Administration)
Total Position: 60 (Unreserved- 27)

 (Classification of vacancies according to the subject)

 HR, Position: 30

 Marketing, Position: 10

 Materials Management, Position: 20

 Qualification (All the above): Bachelor Degree in any subject with first class from recognized university or institute should be received.
 Along with this, the MBA degree or Post Graduate Diploma with minimum 60% marks in Human Resource / Personal Management and Industrial Management / Marketing has been obtained.
 - For SC / ST and Divya candidates, 50% marks in educational qualification have been prescribed.
 Age limit: Maximum 28 years. Age will be calculated on the basis of 14 June 2019.
 - At the maximum age, SC / ST candidates will be given five years 'exemption and three years' discount for OBC students.
 - Divya category candidates will be given ten years relaxation in age limit.

 pay scale :

 During Trening : Rs 20,600 to Rs 46,500

 After training: Rs 24,900 to Rs 50,500

 Physical criteria: Candidates should be physically fully healthy.

 - Application weight should be at least 45 kilograms and length is 150 centimeters.


 Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected based on online written examination, group discussion and performance in interview.

 - Click the View All link in the Jobs section here. Click the RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ADMINISTRATION) -ENGLISH link below the title of MT Recruitment on the new webpage that opens.

 - This will open a detailed advertisement issued regarding vacancies. Read this carefully and check your eligibility according to the posts.

 - To apply online, you have to come back to the previous webpage. Here are links to the post applied to the ad link.

 - Click on the link for the requested position. On the webpage that opens, tap the Apply Now button.

 - By doing this, the online application form will open on your computer screen.

 - Fill it according to the guidelines in the ad. Simultaneously upload the scanned copy of all the requested documents.

 - Size of passport size photograph should be 50 kb, signature and thumb impression size up to 30 kb.

 - All files uploaded must be in JPG / JPEG format.
